Under the theme “Recasting Teaching as a Collaborative Profession,” education officials gathered on September 30, 2025, to chart strategies for improving the sector.
A conference was held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to mark the 31st edition of World Teachers’ Day. The discussion, observed by senior officials from the Ministries of Secondary and Basic Education, aimed to build stronger collaboration among educators to address professional challenges. The panelists, who were national pedagogic inspectors for languages, helped clarify the day’s theme. They explained that teaching involves guiding a learning community toward specific goals. Discussion also centered on recasting the profession means analyzing and improving teacher training programs to better include inclusive and personalized teaching methods.
